It is often the attention to detail and care with cleaning and maintenance which result in a happy customer and a good review. Small things such as leaving tea, coffee, milk and sugar upon arrival. As well as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tissues, washing powder and dishwashing liquid.
We have a welcome folder with useful information and instructions for all the appliances in the apartment. We ensure that the air-conditioner filters are clean and that the drinking glasses sparkle and the oven and cooktop are clean. Also we make sure that the bedding and towels are freshly laundered and smartly presented. There is a clear sign for easy connection to Wi-Fi. For convenience, brochures and transport timetables are left in the apartment. We have had many comments about the pleasant surprise in finding a Cadbury chocolate bar and cold water in the fridge!
We are regularly replacing and updating inventory like kitchen utensils, frypans, cutting boards and plasticware, which keeps a newness about the kitchen equipment. Setting clocks and digital clocks throughout for the correct time and having fresh batteries in all remote controls helps add to the experience that everything just “works” and that someone cared to check.
Responding to any queries and concerns quickly and efficiently is another way we hope to win the trust and approval of our customers. Being a small family business means that decisions and action to fix issues are made promptly.

Thank you for letting us stay in your accommodation. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit to be above our expectations. On our second day my husband commented that the unit needed a pedestal fan – he opened a cupboard and there it was!!! We found our needs to be well catered for with the equipment and condition and cleanliness of the apartment to be of a high standard.

The location is fantastic, easy to find your way to the city, Fremantle or whatever. We will certainly recommend you to any friends, family or colleagues heading to Perth.
Location was absolutely brilliant, a 2 minute stroll to Subiaco’s excellent facilities and close to Kings Park and good access to all of Perth from here.
